Excuse me! Can you tell me the difference between” I think I can't.” and “I don't think I can.”. They are the same meaning In Chinese.And I want to know is that a graceful refuse sentence.

"I think I can't" = "I think that I cannot""I don't think I can".These have the same meaning; however, the latter is much more common.
Usually I had lots of question when I was studying. But now I don't know what question can I ask suddenly. So I find this question in the highest frequency of English mistake. There is a indistinct memory. It seems that teacher said“ I think I can't .”is a wrong sentence and tell us we should say “I don't think I can. ”. They are the same meaning when they translate into Chinese. So l want to ask this question.
The result is they are the same. He says that“I don't think I can. ”is much more common.

I choose a History course of Academic Earth. After knowing this I think that Taiwan should also have that kind of website. Not only that college 's student can review the lesson, but also provide othere people learn the course from famous college. For foreign student it is convenient to learn native English.
